TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

We have a technical department with the sole responsibility of providing permanent and efficient technical support solutions to address all the concerns generated from a client request.

We give advice on pipe thickness calculations on codes ASME B3.11, B31.3, B31.4 and B31.8, selecting suitable materials and equipment during the construction, manufacture and inspection phases up to the delivery (to the satisfaction of all materials and equipment request). The technical support includes, if required, the after-sales services along the development and implementation of our client’s projects.

Our technical department also ensures that all the standard tests are carried out on products we supply. These include: Chemical Analysis, Hydrostatic Testing, Metallurgical Analysis, Outside Diameter Control. And extra effort is put into ensuring that our products leave the manufacturing location in the right condition by ensuring the following;

Painting (Black Coating)

Abrasive cloth to clean the iron pipe to remove rust, brush the anti-rust primer to wait for the paint to dry naturally, brushing the first anti-rust topcoat, after the natural dry, brushing the anti-rust topcoat again.

Packaging (Steel Belt Bailing)

The same bundle of steel pipes shall be the same steel grade, steel pipe of the same specification. If less than one bundle, it shall be bound into small bundles. Based on client request, a plastic protective cap is attached to each end of each flat end steel pipe.

Truck Transportation

The bottom of the compartment is properly placed with sleepers and protective rubber pads. Put protective barriers on the steel pipe strapping to prevent damage to the surface of the steel pipe, avoid direct collision between the steel pipe and the car, friction and front and rear turbulence.

Container Transportation

Put appropriate buffering on objects in the carriage to prevent the steel pipe from rolling and swaying, avoiding the impact of the pipe end and not pushing the medium with sewage or chemical substances.
