VALVES

We can supply all types of valves for all sizes, different configurations, pressure ratings and materials (body, bonnet, internal) according to different codes existing in the market.

Valves meet the design standards API, ANSI, BS and DIN, MSS in diameters from 1/8″ to 56″ in stock; with rating class from 150 lbs to 2500 lbs. For other requirements than those expressed herein may be obtained from the factory with all the support, monitoring and technical guarantees.

GATE VALVES

    • Cast: API 600, API 603, ASME B16.10, MSS SP-25, API 598, API 6D: type slab gate valves, expanding single gate, double gate expanding
      ANSI Class up to 1,500 lbs in RF and RTJ. Sizes from 2″ to 48″
    • Forged: API 602 and BS5352 – ANSI Class up to 1,500 lbs in RF, RTJ, NPT and SW. Sizes from 1⁄2″ to 2″​

GLOBE VALVES

  • Cast: API 600, BS 1873 and ASME B16.10,
    MSS SP-25, API 598
    ANSI Class up to 1,500 lbs in RF and RTJ. Sizes from 2″ to 48″
  • Forged: API 602
    ANSI Class up to 1,500 lbs in RF, RTJ, NPT and SW. Sizes from 1⁄2″ to 2″

CHECK VALVES

  • Cast: API 600, BS 1873 and BS 1868, ASME
  • B16.10, MSS SP-25, API 598
    ANSI Class up to 1,500 lbs in RF and RTJ. Sizes from 2″ to 56″
  • Forged: API 602
    ANSI Class up to 1,500 lbs in RF, RTJ, NPT and SW. Sizes from 1⁄2″ to 2″

BALL VALVES

  • Floating ball (reduced and full bore) ASME B16.34, API 608, API 607, API 6FA, API 6D ANSI Class up to 600 lbs. Sizes from 1⁄2″ to 2″ up to 1,500 lbs. Diameters from 3″ to 12″ up to 600 lbs. Connections: SW (with or without nipples), NPT, RF and RTJ.
  • Trunnion Mounted (reduced and full bore) API 6A ANSI Class up to 1,500 lbs. Sizes from 2″ to 56″. Connections: RF and RTJ.All ball valves with variety of materials for seats and seals in order to allow a wide range of applications.

  • Manufactured in a wide range of materials from a single piece of forged material or forged bar. In different configurations, double lock, bleeding, drainage, venting. With connections ASME, API from 1⁄2″ to 4″.
    ANI CLASS from 150 lbs to 2500 lbs.
    5000 lbs API to 10000 lbs.
